Rosa Ybarra is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. She is a Partner of Endurance Financial Planning and is a Financial Planner. She serves clients of all ages and income levels with a focus on wealth management and comprehensive financial planning services.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas-Pan American (UTPA) and a Masters of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. She has worked in various areas of the financial industry, beginning with the Southern District Office of the U.S. Treasury Department – Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and as the Director of Client Services for a Wealth Management firm in San Antonio, TX.
Sergio Garcia, PhD

Sergio Garcia loves the place where data, math and people come together. He is at his best when discussing financial topics one-on-one and developing long term investment choices. Sergio is a Smartvestor Pro and has walked through the baby steps in his personal life. Sergio formerly served as a US Diplomat overseas following 9/11 and has served at various US government assignments both in Washington DC and overseas.
Sergio grew up in McAllen, TX and currently teaches Finance and Statistics at UTRGV. Sergio serves on various nonprofit boards including Habitat of Humanity of the Rio Grande Valley. He is the father of two boys and enjoys distance running and triathlons.

Timothy Fleming

Timothy Fleming is a financial advisor based in the Houston, Texas area. He enjoys building relationships with clients of all ages and working with them to create and implement long-term investment and financial planning strategies. His focus is on retirement planning, education planning, wealth management, and personal finance coaching. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas RGV and an MBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University.
Timothy has been married to his wife Leah for over 10 years, and they have two sons together. They are active in their church and in ministry, and enjoy traveling together and spending time with friends and family. Timothy also enjoys reading and playing basketball.
